Qualifications

• Set up and operate packaging machines to ensure accurate code dates, weights and proper packaging.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple packaging machines and scales.
• Check product dating, sealing and packaging quality with minimal waste.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; perform basic line maintenance.
• Wear PPE and follow sanitation/changeover procedures between products.
• Inspect conveyors and scales before start-ups and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot issues and make routine operating adjustments.
