Frito-Lay North America, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for 3rd shift in Missouri. This role involves setting up and operating packaging machines and scales to produce quality products efficiently.
You must be at least 18, able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, work weekends and holidays, and wear protective gear. Training is provided with growth opportunities within PepsiCo.

Packaging Machine Operators are critical to our success at FritoLay! Packaging Machine Operators are responsible for setting up and operating assigned packaging machines and statistical scales to pack the optimum number of quality packages of product. Although you will start out working for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing after receiving training:
We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in a warehouse or manufacturing environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet a majority of your shift near heavy machinery in a loud environment. FritoLay facilities are also large. While we want everyone to feel comfortable, our ability to control the temperature is limited. Indoor working conditions are impacted by seasons and the weather.
