Job summary

Frito-Lay North America, Inc. is seeking Processing Operators for 2nd (1:45pm-10pm) and 3rd (9:45pm-6am) shifts. You will operate process equipment and control systems in a safe environment with growth opportunities within PepsiCo.

This role is physically demanding, requiring weekend/holiday work, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Candidates must be willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products.
• Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process equipment and conditions using process control and information systems (levels, temperatures, pressures, flow rates).
• Collect and report plant measurements related to performance, asset utilization, quality, and costs yields.
• Perform analytical checks, adjust control systems and manually operated equipment based on data.
• Determine root causes of deviations via troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting, routine repairs, improvements and preventative maintenance.
