Job summary

Frito-Lay is hiring for a production packer to help build boxes and keep packout flowing, with options to work by hand or with automation. You will perform regular quality checks and assist with line changeovers for the next production run.

The role operates in a 24/7 environment, with weekends, holidays, and off-shifts. You must be able to stand for long periods, move safely, and contribute to a clean, safe workspace while supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for weekends, holidays, and off-shift work.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch.

Responsibilities

• Constructing boxes and keeping packout flowing—by hand or with automation.
• Conducting regular quality checks on product and packaging.
• Setting up lines during changeovers for the next production run.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards and completing sanitation tasks.
