Job summary

FritoLay is seeking a Process Operator to run process equipment and plant control systems safely and efficiently. Initial training focuses on safe operation with growth opportunities within PepsiCo.

Schedule will likely be 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends; overtime may be required. The role is physically demanding and requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional climbing.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will work on weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Stand/walk for extended periods with/without accommodation.
• Climb/bend/reach/stretch as needed for operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process equipment and control systems using information displays.
• Collect and report plant measurements related to performance and quality.
• Perform analytical checks, adjust controls, and operate equipment as required.
• Identify root causes of deviations and assist with troubleshooting.
