Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a capable manufacturing supervisor to lead daily assembly operations in Findlay, Ohio. You will drive production plans aligned with shipping timelines, coordinate changeovers with teams, and ensure accurate end-of-shift reporting.

You will train associates on procedures, assist in quality and troubleshooting, and uphold safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly processes.
• Previous leadership or training experience.
• Familiar with quality systems and process controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily assembly department operations.
• Establish production plans aligned with shipping times.
• Coordinate changeovers with General Associates and Finished Goods.
• Maintain accurate end-of-shift records and information.
• Train associates on procedures and work instructions.
• Assist in quality checks and troubleshoot process issues.
• Promote a safe work environment and compliance.
