Qualifications

• Foundry/melt operations background in aluminum and related alloys.
• Residence within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Operate and charge industrial melting furnaces with ingots, sows and scraps.
• Tap furnaces and skim impurities to maintain quality.
• Pull lab samples and submit for chemical analysis.
• Perform basic furnace maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate forklifts and hoists to move materials safely.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout and 5S standards.
