Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• Foundry/melt operations background in heavy industry.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Residence within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI area.
• U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and operate industrial melting furnaces with ingots and scrap.
• Tap furnaces and skim impurities while maintaining temperature and cleanliness.
• Pull samples for alloy verification and quality analysis.
• Perform basic furnace maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, hoists).
• Record production data and maintain accurate attendance and quality logs.
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules and 5S standards.
