Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 2+ years of tenure at each prior employer expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate & charge furnaces per melt specs.
• Tap furnaces and skim impurities while maintaining temperature and cleanliness.
• Pull samples for quality analysis and alloy verification.
• Perform basic furnace maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Operate material handling equipment: forklifts and hoists.
• Record production data and ensure accurate logs and quality reporting.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and 5S standards.
