West Ottawa Public Schools is seeking a Long-Term Substitute 3rd Grade Teacher at Pine Creek Elementary School. The posting covers the period from August 18, 2026 – Until Filled with the beginning on 11/26/2026 and ending 02/04/2027.

The substitute will assume full teacher responsibilities while the regular 3rd grade teacher is on leave, including planning lessons, delivering instruction, grading, and parent communication. Reporting to the Pine Creek Elementary School Principal.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate required.
• Elementary (ZG) Endorsement preferred.
• Must be registered with EDUStaff, LLC.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
