Job summary

IMCD US, LLC in Westlake, OH, is seeking a 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate warehouse operations across IMCD's distribution and 3PL network, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused fulfillment.

The role directs the Warehouse Analyst team, maintains inventory accuracy, and drives continuous improvement while partnering with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or a related field with 8+ years in supply chain or warehousing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team.
• Experience owning governance or transformation initiatives across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and develop Warehouse Analysts with clear performance expectations.
• Lead inbound, inventory, production, and outbound fulfillment with 3PL partners.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor KPIs and escalate issues; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Quality.
