Job summary

VSE Aviation is seeking an Inventory / Warehouse Specialist in the United States to manage receiving, SAP-based Kanban, and cycle counts. You will ensure proper labeling, cert documentation, and timely processing of POs and stock movements.

The role requires English proficiency, SAP experience, and US work authorization, with the ability to lift 25 lbs and handle multiple inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• ERP experience – SAP preferred.
• Inventory management experience.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Receive all product items and process per purchase orders; includes SAP receipt within 24 hours.
• Maintain accurate receiving and cert documentation for all valuations (new, overhaul, exchange).
• Process all part pulls (repair and engine) timely and accurately.
• Accurately maintain the Kanban system within SAP.
• Notify provisioning team of potential part shortages.
• Process all window parts requests and bench stock refill requests within 24 hours.
• Label all parts issued and stored per ASP 411.
• Create storeroom sales orders and route through CRB as required.
• Scan certs into Fastindex and verify audit trails.
• Perform annual cycle counts and maintain cycle count documentation.
• Maintain stock levels and issuing of parts to CS orders from balance/test cell tackle boxes.
• Provide copies of certs to quality as required.
• Perform parts movements (RTS, re-issue, spacers, plant transfers).
• Receive/issue non-product items and data entry for non-product requests.
• Receive/issue Bruckner and Spot Buy items; liaise with vendors for prompt delivery.
• Create purchase requests for maintained non-product stock and ensure timely ordering/receiving to avoid line-stops.
• Return incorrect or damaged stock and prepare shipping paperwork.
