Job summary

VSE Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily order fulfillment, packaging, and parts verification, ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork within a busy aerospace warehouse. The duties include receiving inspections, shipping activities, inventory maintenance, and adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of relevant/technical work experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Aviation Materials knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspections by verifying serial numbers, part numbers, damage, capabilities and revisions.
• Perform shipping duties, verify P/Ns, damage, shipping instructions, addresses, create airway bills, schedule pickups.
• Verify that R.O.’s match materials being shipped out.
• Direct communication with customer service for incomplete documents and discrepancies.
• Comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
