Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive over 760,000 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts into the facility using PIV, MHE, and pallet jacks.
• Verify receipts against the packaging slip accompanying the item.
• Cross-check all boxes against the freight manifest and inspect them for externally visible damage.
• Report any damage or discrepancy to the carrier immediately and document it.
• Unpack all parts within a controlled environment and log into SAP.
• Match customer service orders to incoming vendor repair engine parts and place in approved container.
• Validate quantity discrepancies, damages, or documentation discrepancies with Quality Team.
• Route new parts and airworthiness certifications to storeroom.
• Coordinate dock activities with Storeroom, Repair Business, and Service Center.
• Escalate problem parts to Materials Supervisor for disposition.
• Assist in clearing documents and Open Purchase Orders via SAP MB01 and MB01 reversal.
• Monitor unloading fuel into storage tanks and respond to spills per procedures.
