Job summary

Responsibilities

Receive over 760,000 items annually as part of a team.
Unload parts into the facility by utilizing equipment PIV, MHE, and Pallet Jacks.
Ensure all receipts of goods are documented and verified against the packaging slip.
Cross-check all boxes against the freight manifest and inspect for damage.
Report any damage or discrepancy to the carrier and segregate items for disposition.
Unpack parts within a controlled environment and receive into SAP.
Match customer service orders to incoming vendor repair engine parts and place in approved container.
Validate quantity discrepancies and any discrepancies to Quality Team.
Route new parts and airworthiness certification to storeroom.
Coordinate dock activities with storeroom, Repair Business and Service Center.
Escalate problem parts for timely resolution and final disposition.
Assist in clearing documents and Open Purchase Orders via SAP MB01.
Monitor unloading fuel into storage tanks for engine test cells and act on spills.
