Job summary

Undisclosed Client is seeking a supply chain professional for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will coordinate shipments with 3PF warehouse leads and senior leadership, monitor progress, and resolve discrepancies with Amazon Seller Central and FBA.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in logistics, strong Excel/Google Workspace skills, and a track record of managing multiple shipments with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations with fulfillment knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA, including filing discrepancy cases.
• Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with 3PF warehouse leads and the Sr. Director of 3rd Party Fulfillment on shipments to third-party fulfillment centers.
• Create and monitor shipments within company software, tracking progress from picking through receipt at the fulfillment center.
• Investigate inventory shipped to Amazon that has not been received, file Seller Central cases, and follow through to resolution.
