Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in aviation or project management.
• 2 years of experience with PLM system projects.
• PMP or CAPM certification required.
• Fluent in French and strong in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities of a project lifecycle to deliver on time, budget, quality and benefits.
• Initiation: identify stakeholders, objectives and scope, staffing needs, kick-off project.
• Planning: create the PM Plan, refine scope, develop schedule, evaluate risks.
• Execution: assemble and lead project team, manage communications and procurements.
• Monitoring & controlling: manage changes, track scope, costs and quality.
• Closure: accept deliverables, archive docs, release team, close finances.
• Develop and release all project management documentation and provide status to PMO.
• Mentor less experienced PMs to promote best practices and compliance.
• Maintain PMP or CAPM certification.
