Job summary

Experis is seeking a PLM Program Manager to lead the 3DX PLM implementation and drive business transformation. Based in Little Rock, AR or Chicago, IL, this onsite role will coordinate with IT PMs and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with objectives.

The candidate will guide a team of business analysts and SMEs, develop comprehensive PM documentation, and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing project lifecycles.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

What's the Job?

• Lead the implementation of the 3DX PLM system for completion activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with IT Project Managers and business stakeholders to optimize solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Manage and guide a team of business analysts and Subject Matter Experts to deliver project milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project management documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Promote business transformation activities with positive communication and a collaborative approach.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience managing project lifecycles, delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are preferred.
