Job summary

ICON Technology Group is seeking a Print Operations Technician to support our Print Operations team. You will help manage logistics for raw materials, consumables, parts, and printers, and assist with troubleshooting and maintenance on ICON's 3D printers.

Under supervision from Leads, Technicians, or Managers, you will handle daily field assignments, adhere to SOPs, participate in builds and QC, and travel for extended periods as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related fields.
• Basic proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and components.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and components, supervised work.
• Basic understanding of inventory or ticketing systems (training provided).
• Ability to operate heavy machinery under supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Print Execution: support delivery, inventory, and organization of building materials; communicate across teams; operate Vulcan and Magma systems; assist Leads and perform build activities; document QC measurements.
