Job summary

TriMech Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support Stratasys 3D printers with on-site visits, installations and preventive maintenance. The role includes technical phone support and coordinating repair solutions between Stratasys and TriMech’s clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of field service experience, can travel 3–4 days per week (overnight stays), and hold a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field service experience supporting clients in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel 3–4 days per week, including overnights.
• Experience with electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills and excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Stratasys 3D printers and branded products.
• Perform and support installation of new 3D printers and annual preventative maintenance visits.
• Coordinate repair solutions between Stratasys, TriMech, and clients.
• Liaise with clients and in-house staff and partners regarding technical information.
