Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking an experienced 3D IC Solutions Engineer to define and drive comprehensive power, EMIR, and reliability workflow solutions for 2.5D/3D SiP designs. You will collaborate with software teams to convert customer requirements into deliverables and help shape the architecture, design, and verification workflows.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in electrical/ computer engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in EDA physical design, implementation or analysis focusing on power, EMIR and reliability.
• 3+ years in product/field engineering translating customer requirements into software roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive workflow solutions for power, EMIR and reliability in 2.5D/3D IC designs.
• Collaborate with software teams to translate roadmap priorities into deliverables.
• Support architecture planning, in-design and sign-off-to-manufacturing analysis.
