The primary responsibility for this position is to define and drive comprehensive workflow solutions supporting the power, EMIR and reliability analysis of 2.5D/3D IC package designs, leveraging Siemens’ design and analysis tools. Acting as a technical product owner, this individual will work closely with software engineering teams to translate roadmap priorities and customer requirements into software deliverables – including the use of generative AI technologies to rapidly build proof-of-concept demonstrators that clarify requirements and user experience ahead of formal development.
