Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a skilled 3D asset creator to manipulate and optimize existing models for simulation environments. You will use Blender, MeshLab, and other tools to prepare assets for robotic interaction and physics-based testing.

You will also design CAD objects for robot interfaces and adjust rendering settings to improve realism, delivering visuals that clearly convey force interactions and behaviors for debugging and publication.

Qualifications

• CAD design and manufacture (with 3D printing or traditional manufacturing processes)
• Blender, MeshLab, 3D Studio MAX, MeshMixer for 3D asset creation
• Optional CAD Technical Artistry Services with MuJoCo specialization

Responsibilities

• Manipulation of existing 3D models and meshes programmatically and with ad hoc software for simulation.
• CAD design and manufacture of 3D objects for robot interaction.
• Modify rendering parameters of simulated scenes.
• Create insightful visual representations for debugging and publication, including coupling colors with forces for sensors.
