Job summary

Clearway Health is seeking a 340B Operations Specialist to support day-to-day administration, optimization, and compliance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across partner health systems and contract pharmacy networks.

You will collaborate with pharmacy leaders, health systems, manufacturers, and internal teams to maximize program performance while ensuring HRSA compliance and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting for program optimization.
• Familiarity with 340B program operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily 340B operational activities for partner sites.
• Set up and monitor 340B split-billing software.
• Analyze accumulation data, inventory variances, and eligibility issues.
• Prepare operational, compliance, and savings reports.
