Job summary

HopeHealth Inc seeks a 340B Compliance Analyst in Florence, SC to support the 340B Pharmacy Operations across in-house and contract settings. You will work closely with clinic staff, pharmacy teams, and leadership to optimize 340B outcomes while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include audits, claims reviews, rebates, and program reconciliation, with a goal to advance to ACE certification within 24 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician Registration or SC State Certification preferred.
• 5 years of pharmacy work experience required.
• Specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with PioneerRx Software preferred.
• Experience with ECW preferred.
• Experience with 340B operations preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy purchasing/inventory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional image and strong customer relations with patients and staff.
• Follow HIPAA, FWA, Corporate Compliance, internal policies and state/federal laws.
• Serve as liaison between clinics, pharmacies, and stakeholders.
• Aim to become Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) within 24 months of start date.
• Assist Compliance Team to ensure 340B program adherence.
• Oversee 340B programs including audits, claims review, rebates, and reconciliations.
• Monitor utilization records and 340B purchasing for proper software operation.
• Coordinate external compliance assessments with HRSA, manufacturers, payors, etc.
• Review reports to identify missed 340B opportunities or issues.
• Support purchasing/inventory processes and improve 340B workflows.
• Travel to other HopeHealth locations and contract pharmacies as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical, IT, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams.
