Job summary

Tufts Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the 340B program and supervise hospital pharmacy operations. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with 340B regulations across acute care and ambulatory settings, with liaison duties to the Oversite Committee and Contract Pharmacy representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Pharmacist License required.
• Minimum 5 years hospital pharmacy experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Preferred: PharmD.
• Preferred: residency training (general and specialty).
• Preferred: experience with drug utilization review and analysis.
• Preferred: experience with Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the coordinator and leader of the 340B Oversite Committee.
• Ensure timely claim audits and accurate HRSA information.
• Update policies in response to regulatory changes and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement to review 340B crosswalk and accumulations.
• Review and adjust financial performance of Contract Pharmacy agreements.
• Report monthly performance to the Director of Pharmacy Business Operations.
• Lead weekly 340B meetings and quarterly Oversite Committee meetings.
• Precept PGY1 residents and pharmacy students.
