Qualifications

• 7+ years DSH/340B program experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong knowledge of HRSA/OPA rules and Medicaid changes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all 340B program compliance and administration for Baystate Health.
• Manage auditors and analysts performing 340B audits across hospitals and ambulatory sites.
• Maintain 340B systems and ensure HRSA OPAIS data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate external compliance assessments and HRSA audits.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to minimize risk and improve compliance.
• Provide training and lead 340B Leaders meetings and executive oversight.
