Ideal candidates bring a Florida pharmacist license, 7+ years of experience, and certifications in 340B/Apexus, with a Master’s or MBA preferred to support strategic decision-making and staff development.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist license obtained within 6 months of hire; 340B and Apexus certification preferred.
• Bachelor's in pharmacy or Pharm.D.; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide 340B program to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead 340B audits, tracers, risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and hospital departments to optimize 340B opportunities.
• Manage analytics, records management, HRSA updates, and data analysis to drive performance.
• Provide strategic leadership and develop staff within the 340B unit.
