Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all 340B program activities across Baystate Health.
• Develop and enforce 340B policies and procedures.
• Oversee HRSA OPAIS data accuracy and HRSA audits.
• Manage audits and corrective action plans with leadership.
• Coordinate with external partners and contract pharmacies.
• Represent 340B program in internal and external meetings.
• Lead 340B governance and reporting to stakeholders.
