Job summary

Children’s National Hospital seeks a 340B Coordinator to manage and maintain the hospital’s 340B program in an auditable state. You will assist with oversight of outpatient drug purchasing, inventory, and data analysis, including monthly savings opportunities and vendor coordination.

You will lead audits, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with Cerner IT, and drive 340B workgroup activities, reporting to the Executive Steering Committee on compliance and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting with healthcare emphasis (Required).
• 0 years minimum (Required) with preference for 4 years experience.
• Experience in data extraction and reporting using MS Excel.
• Healthcare setting experience required; pediatric experience preferred.
• 340B knowledge/training and/or pharmaceutical purchasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 340B program compliance with federal regulations and interpretations.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and dispensing pattern reconciliation.
• Lead audits and monitor 340B software/tools for accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors and split billing/wholesale partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary 340B Workgroup and report to executives on compliance and expansion initiatives.
