Job summary

Children's National Hospital seeks a 340B Coordinator to manage the 340B program, ensuring auditable compliance and oversight of purchasing, inventory, and dispensing patterns across qualified areas. The role leads the multidisciplinary 340B Workgroup, reports on program compliance, and coordinates with Cerner IT and vendors to optimize cost savings and data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have healthcare-focused education, CPhT or equivalent auditing/analytics experience, and strong data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting with an emphasis in healthcare, highly preferred (Required)
• 0 years (Required)
• 4 years experience (Preferred)
• Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the District of Columbia (Required)
• Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and/or auditing/finance/data analytics experience acceptable in lieu of CPhT (Required)

Responsibilities

• Assure 340(b) usage is fully compliant with federal regulations.
• Maximize 340(b) pricing utilization across qualified areas.
• Maintain SOPs and monitor drug purchases on 340b, GPO, and WAC accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors, wholesalers, and IT for 340b systems.
• Oversee QA and audits for 340b participating areas.
• Develop monthly 340b savings reports and budgets.
