Job summary

Children's National Medical Center is seeking a 340B Coordinator to manage and optimize our hospital’s 340B program. You will collaborate with the 340B Program Manager to ensure auditable operations, oversee purchasing, inventory, and data analysis, and drive regulatory compliance across qualified areas.

The role requires healthcare experience, strong data skills, and 340B knowledge; you’ll lead cross-functional workgroups and interface with vendors to maximize savings and maintain program

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting with healthcare emphasis (required).
Experience in Healthcare settings is preferred, especially pediatric.
Knowledge or training in 340B program highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure 340B program compliance with federal regulations and interpretations.
Oversee purchasing, inventory, and dispensing patterns for 340B.
Serve as liaison with 340B software vendors and wholesalers.
Lead audits and quality assurance for 340B participating areas.
Monitor 340B accounts in relation to GPO/WAC and savings.
