Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant pharmacy or 340B experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR certification required; State Pharmacy Technician licensure and CPhT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 340B program oversight and ensure compliance across entities.
• Audit 340B participation points and purchasing records for compliance.
• Develop quarterly and annual 340B reports on utilization and savings.
• Collaborate with IT on CDM changes for new products.
• Maintain inventory, labeling, and expiration tracking.
• Communicate program updates to staff and leadership.
