Job summary

PharmaForce is seeking a 340B Implementation Onboarding Coordinator to drive client onboarding across 340B contract pharmacy and split billing programs. You will work with the Implementation Project Manager to schedule sessions, gather client data, and maintain documentation through the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring accurate go-live readiness.

Responsibilities include coordinating kickoff calls, collecting registrations, managing checklists, and supporting testing and go-live handoff.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year in admin/coordination/customer support in healthcare or pharmacy ops.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with standard office software and willingness to learn Smartsheet and Salesforce.
• High attention to detail for data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new and existing entities and contract pharmacies.
• Schedule kickoff calls, data-collection sessions and status meetings.
• Collect, organize, and track client documentation (entity registrations, contracts, wholesaler accounts).
• Maintain onboarding checklists, trackers, and status logs in PM/CRM systems.
• Assist with data entry and configuration tasks (contract pharmacy configurations).
• Monitor outstanding items and follow up with teams and clients to resolve gaps.
• Prepare status updates, meeting notes, and onboarding summaries.
• Coordinate with PM, Data Analysts, Technical and Client Support to route questions.
• Support testing/validation of claims connectivity and flag discrepancies.
• Assist with go-live readiness materials and handoff to Account Management.
• Keep client files organized throughout onboarding.
