Job summary

VytlOne is hiring a Senior 340B Client Success Analyst to drive deployment and optimization of 340B pricing programs for covered entities from a remote home office. You will lead configuration, testing, and ongoing improvements across multiple client engagements while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring audit readiness.

The role requires deep knowledge of 340B, data integrity, and HIPAA-compliant practices, with responsibilities spanning eligibility logic, data feeds, and contract pharmacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, business, health informatics, or related field.
• Pharmacy Technician certification or 340B certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 5–7 years in 340B program administration or related field with experience leading deployments.
• Direct experience with 340B split-billing/TPA software preferred.
• Experience with covered entities, contract pharmacies, or 340B compliance preferred.
• Remote work experience and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of 340B program, HRSA guidance, and audit requirements.
• Understanding of claims processing and healthcare data formats is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365; able to learn 340B platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end deployment of 340B split-billing software for new and existing clients.
• Serve as lead analyst on complex deployments and mentor other analysts.
• Configure and validate 340B eligibility logic and data feeds.
• Onboard contract pharmacies and set up data feeds and replenishment config.
• Analyze claims and eligibility data to identify discrepancies and resolve with IT teams.
• Support compliance activities, including HRSA audits and documentation collection.
• Document deployment workflows and SOPs for internal knowledge base.
• Act as senior escalation point for assigned entities during go-lives and issues.
• Monitor post-deployment performance and improve data integrity and timelines.
• Stay updated on HRSA guidance and 340B policy changes for internal training.
