Job summary

KPH HealthCare Services Inc. seeks an Implementation Coordinator in New York to support onboarding and ongoing management of client programs.

You will coordinate internal and external communications, maintain configuration data for providers, pharmacies, products, pricing, and eligibility, and help drive updates and enhancements through collaboration with operations, pricing, eligibility, and system teams. Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word).
Valid driver's license required.
Two years of experience in Customer/Client Service.
Preference for health care, insurance, or account management exposure.
Education: High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Support implementation activities, including intake documentation and program setup.
Serve as a contact for internal teams and external partners on program administration.
Manage and communicate updates to provider, pharmacy, eligibility, and product lists.
Collaborate with pricing, system, and configuration teams for updates.
Monitor program data for accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and distribute client reports; participate in client meetings.
Assist with testing, validation, and QA of program changes.
Document processes and develop client-facing tools and reporting capabilities.
Complete all mandatory and regulatory training; perform other duties as assigned.
