Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a 340B Coordinator to oversee internal and external pharmacy operations audits, 340B compliance, and related financial analytics. The role supports revenue enhancement and performance metrics within the PMS Corporate Office.

With limited supervision, you will compile audit findings, coordinate with clients and staff, and ensure policy alignment across the 340B program. A strong attention to detail and travel capability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred but not required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of 340B program and pricing requirements.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct external 340B audits and prepare final audit reports.
• Develop and conduct internal 340B audits and communicate with staff and clients.
• Monitor data and reports to improve 340B policies and procedures.
• Ensure audit findings are corrected and compliant with standards.
• Coordinate with external third party payer audits.
• Analyze financial metrics for client reports.
• Review the 340B pricing list quarterly.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses as requested.
• Maintain attendance and comply with ethics program.
