Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in healthcare, pharma, retail pharmacy, or 340b.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and executives.
• Experience coordinating with internal/external resources to meet goals.
• Customer service experience with clients and internal customers.
• Knowledge of federal drug programs, 340b University, or related programs.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
• At least 1 year of direct or indirect leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Sells 340b and health-system pharmacy; up-sells integrated product offerings to potential clients.
• Develops, implements, and assesses client services models to optimize satisfaction and retention.
• Manages existing business and grows assigned segments to exceed growth goals.
• Maintains CRM and other tracking systems; reports pipeline status and performance.
• Recommends product offerings or modifications to enhance revenue and margins.
