Job summary

HopeHealth, Inc. is seeking a 340B Compliance team member to assist in all aspects of 340B Pharmacy Operations. The role collaborates with patients, clinic staff, in-house and contract pharmacies, and leadership to maximize 340B returns while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, SC Pharmacy Technician registration preferred, and 5 years of pharmacy experience. PioneerRx and ECW experience are preferred; travel to other HopeHealth locations may be

Qualifications

• : High school diploma or equivalent
• Must maintain Pharmacy Technician Registration or State Certification (preferred) with SC Board of Pharmacy
• 5 years of pharmacy work experience required
• Specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Prior customer service experience required
• Experience with PioneerRx Software preferred
• Experience with ECW preferred
• Experience with 340B operations preferred
• Experience with pharmacy purchasing/inventory preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional image and excellent customer relations with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Follows HIPAA, policy, and applicable laws.
• Acts as liaison between clinic, pharmacies, and pharmacy stakeholders.
• Supports 340B program compliance and related activities.
• Assists with audits, claims review, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Assists with purchasing/inventory and process improvement.
• Travels to HopeHealth locations as needed.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on special projects.
