Job summary

The role focuses on daily operation of the 340B Accumulator software, rigorous data review, and collaboration with the 340B Coordinator, Pharmacy leadership, IT, and EPIC Willow to identify compliance improvements and value-adding opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years college-level education preferred.
• Two years pharmacy or IT experience preferred.
• Eligible for registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Current PTCB Pharmacy Technician certification or able to obtain in 6 months or less.
• Basic math, metric system knowledge, and pharmaceutical dosages.
• Familiarity with 340B software and pharmacy information systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 340B program compliance in BH 340B Discount Drug program.
• Manage the 340B Accumulator software daily to maximize program value.
• Perform detailed data reviews and analyses to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with 340B Coordinator, Pharmacy leaders, IT, EPIC Willow and others on compliance and growth opportunities.
• Support organization-wide 340B pharmacy program improvements.
