TidalHealth seeks a 340B Analyst to support system-wide compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program, collaborating with the Pharmacy Business/340B Coordinator. The role emphasizes data review, process evaluation, and preparing for audits by HRSA/OPA, manufacturers, and third-party payers.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform operational, financial, and compliance audits of moderate to high complexity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmacy is required.
• BS/BA in accounting, business, or IT field preferred but not required.
• 340B ACE certification within the first 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support system-wide compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
• Identify control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare for internal audits and HRSA/OPA/third-party payer audits.
• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits of moderate to high complexity.
