Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience required analyzing data and creating reports preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience navigating electronic health record data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts audits for compliance with regulatory bodies relating to 340B claims.
• Assists in developing and updating documents, processes, and procedures for daily operations and monthly financial reporting.
• Assists in preparing reports regarding 340b business operations, revenue and expenses.
• Navigates EHR to verify 340B eligible claims.
• Processes and documents new 340B eligible referral claims.
• Works closely with referral team and medical records to ensure appropriate documentation exists within EHR.
• Develops referral program capabilities and processes to ensure 340b program maximization
• Responsible for the oversight and operation of the Par8o and ReferDoc business at PCHC.
