Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 months cash-handling or teller experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Ability to promote bank products and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper control and audit compliance.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders).
• Assist in daily balancing and ATM processing and entries.
• Verify deposits in night and lobby depository; support dual control vaults.
• Stay informed of policy updates to ensure regulatory compliance.
