Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Teller to provide accurate, friendly customer service in a retail banking environment. This floater role will operate on-site at multiple Louisiana locations, including McMillan, Lakeshore, Oliver Rd and Ruston, as needed.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals and transfers, assist customers with basic product information, and ensure cash controls and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper audit controls.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Process bonds, municipal coupons, money orders, etc.
• Assist in balancing ATM and night deposits.
• Assist with verification of deposits and vault responsibilities.
• Stay informed of operational updates to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
• Deliver quality client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
