Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required and 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Customer service experience preferred in retail or banking environments
• Ability to promote bank products and refer clients to appropriate teams

• Handle a cash drawer with proper control and follow audit policies
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers
• Assist in ATM balancing and nightly vault procedures
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to the appropriate team
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, internal controls and ethics
