SPS North America in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Lockbox Processing Clerk to join a cross-functional team dedicated to accurate mail processing and document handling. The role involves scanning checks and documents, maintaining confidentiality, and meeting production standards.

The schedule is full-time with hours from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, and prior lockbox or payment processing experience is preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, PTO and a 401(k) with company match.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is a plus.
• 1+ years of relevant experience; lockbox or payment processing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to lift/move mail trays and packages up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Open, sort, and scan incoming mail per procedures.
• Operate scanning equipment to capture images of checks and documents.
• Perform quality checks to ensure correct processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of processed information.
• Meet or exceed production and quality standards.
