You will build leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration as you tackle real business challenges and prepare for a management role within Ford Finance. The program is hybrid with on-site collaboration four or more days per week.

Qualifications

• MBA pursuit with expected graduation date and full-time work eligibility by Sept 2027.
• 3+ years of finance or related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year, two-rotation Finance Leadership Program.
• Develop core Finance experiences across marketing, planning and analysis.
• Advance to a management role within Ford Finance after program completion.
