You will build leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration as you tackle real business challenges and prepare for a management role within Ford Finance. The program is hybrid with on-site collaboration four or more days per week.

Responsibilities

As part of our Finance Leadership Program (FLP) pathway, you will discover unmatched opportunities to turn your higher education into real world experience with challenging competency-based development. The Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is a three-year post-MBA rotational program designed to develop the future leaders of Ford Finance through two progressively challenging and high visibility rotations in core Finance functions. Each rotation is expected to last approximately 18 months. Participants in the program will build a foundation of core Finance experiences through exposure to marketing and sales, cost control (e.g. product development), and financial planning & analysis. Successful participants are considered for promotion to a management role within Finance after completing the program.

During this program, you will address authentic business challenges, ideate creative and meaningful solutions, all while developing skills that will help set the foundation for a successful career. Our projects are thoughtfully curated based on the exciting things happening as we transform into Ford+. As career development is an important cornerstone of Ford Finance, we look to grow skills including:

Engaging Past Assignments Have Included:

• Navigating white space opportunities that help Ford build out our portfolio of products and digital services

• Creating new financial models to improve our forecast accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be pursuing an MBA, with an expected graduation date and full-time work eligibility no later than September 2027
• 3 or more years of finance or related experience

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
