Job summary

Participants engage in structured development, coaching, and cross-functional exposure, preparing for future leadership roles within McKesson Finance and contributing to key business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recent MBA graduate with a concentration or focus in Finance or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams and organizational levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support business decisions.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, dashboards, reporting, and other decision-support tools.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance-management activities.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Leading projects or workstreams and managing deliverables, timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination.
• Evaluating current processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, transparency, or business outcomes.
