Job summary

Workspaceplus is seeking a Direct Labor I for the 2nd shift in a manufacturing facility. The role focuses on performing production tasks, ensuring the schedule is met, and supporting assembly and packaging functions.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, the ability to read basic drawings and measurements, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read basic work orders and follow instructions.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting 30–50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Perform assembly and packaging tasks per work orders.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product meets standards.
• Identify defects and report or resolve issues as needed.
• Operate basic woodworking tools and machinery as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following safety protocols.
